Progress on PDSA Cycle 1

Testing a change in urine culture collection and testing

Formulation of test of change in process

Collect urine culture data from ER and inpatient

Data collection and entry completed for baseline. Some questions arose relating to specifics about urine cultures; whether to include data, and wanting to provide more information in a free text style.
