2026 CSiM Conference
The CSiM conference brings together health professionals working on antimicrobial stewardship and infection prevention and control from over 60 participating rural and critical access hospitals.

Conference Agenda
We will be having a happy hour following the conference from 4:30 – 5:30 PM at the Flatstick Pub: 618 W Main Ave, Spokane, WA 99201
Parking
We will be offering free parking for everyone attending the conference. At check-in for your hotel room or the morning of the conference, please be prepared to provide your license plate number and phone number.
Continuing Education Information
For the conference, physicians, nurses, and pharmacists will be able to claim 4.25 hours of continuing education credits.

Per ACPE rules, The University of Washington School of Medicine does not have access nor the ability to upload credits requested after the evaluation closes. It is the responsibility of the pharmacist or pharmacy technician to provide the correct information (NABP ID and DOB (MMDD)) to receive credit.
