Continue to collect data to optimize Med Staff report and individualize reports.

  1. Collected data and revised report based off Med Staff feedback.
  2. Met with CMO to revise report.
  3. Created connection between Infection Control and P&T for actionable strategies (added SSI and HAI rate)
  4. Reformatted information for presentation and handout.
  5. Presenting to Med Staff in March 2023 for review of report.
  6. UW/UU to visit March 27th and will meet with Med Staff and present at lunch.
