Consider 15min talks and/or resources for non-ID specialists for ASB.

Education strategy – attending P&T, QIPS, and have attended some ER committee meetings as well.

  2. Planning to attend ED committee meeting 3/8
  3. Shared data with providers and members of administration
  4. Handed out treatment guidelines, workflow and FAQ and IDSA ASB guidelines
  5. Involved outpatient pharmacist in education

4/27/23 Update

  1. Met with head ED provider

Continue data collection and focus on treatment rte of ASB and duration.

Update 12/7:

Sharing data back and using info to inform future order sets when transition to EPIC. Transition to EPIC in June 2024.
