- Shanna – IP – pulled away as main campus ASP meets at same time
- Mia planning to focus on ED, Shanna on in-patient
- Trying to get education to hospitalist group using baseline data
- Mia reaching out to hospitalist leadership to meet with them
- Will continue to reach out
- Continue working on diagnostic stewardship
- Talked with IP, regulatory leaders
- not only pharmacy, multi-disciplinary
- Work with regulatory to set up meeting – after holidays, set up kickoff meeting (second week of Jan)
- Get more people involved. – sharing workload
- Understand work, know importance and can speak to others
- No provider yet – try to identify someone and have multiple people connect
- Modified restricted formulary implementation
- Worked with IT to send weekly report on urine cultures
- Met with new IP – not fully at West Valley
- Order UA – does not automatically reflex to culture (pop-up) – BPA
- May not use Redcap – currently entering data on an Excel sheet
